  1. Day 1 Arrive Delhi

    Meeting & Assistance on arrival at Delhi International airport by Indian Horizons representative and transfer to Hotel. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.

  2. Day 2 Delhi

    Morning after breakfast proceeds for a guided city tour of Old & New Delhi. The commercial and business hub of India, Delhi has been witness to a tumultuous history of uprising and falling of many empires. This hustling and bustling metropolitan city comprises of seven cities that were built by different emperors from time to time. It is perhaps the only city in the world that presents so many contrasts at once - there is the old-age charm and ruins of Old Delhi and there are strong and mighty giant buildings of New Delhi, there are the chic, fashionable belles of South Delhi and there are India lasses dressed in traditional and ethnic dresses, there are sparkling cars firing through wide roads and there are cycle-rickshaws in the streets of more congested areas. Visit the Historical landmark Red fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, India Gate, Parliament & President House, Humayun's Tomb, drive through the Diplomatic area, Qutab Minar etc. In the evening Indian Horizons representative will meet you on welcome dinner at local restaurant organized by Indian Horizons.   3. Day 3 Delhi / Mandawa (Shekhawati) - (280 kms/ 6 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Mandawa. On arrival check into hotel. Afternoon visit the villages of Dundlod, Mandawa in the Shekhavati region. Mandawa was founded Thakur Nawal Singh in 1755. Visit the museum having a collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic collection and other preserved items. See the Cenotaphs, Step wells, beautifully painted Havelis & Old Streets. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.

  4. Day 4 Mandawa / Bikaner (200 kms/ 4 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Bikaner On arrival check into hotel. Afternoon proceed for a guided city tour of Bikaner visiting Junagarh fort - built between by Raja Rai Singh, one of the trusted Rajputs general of the Akbar. The fort is formidable structure encircled by a moat and has some beautiful places within. These places made in red sandstone and marble, make a picturesque ensemble of courtyards, windows dotted all over the structure. It has 96-mt long walls, with 37 bastions and 2 entrances. The main entrance of the fort is Sun Gate. Also visit the other ancient Havelies, Camel-breeding farm (open 3-5 pm) etc. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.

  5. Day 5 Bikaner - Gajner - Jaisalmer (333 kms/ 8 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Jaisalmer - the Golden City of India. En-route tour of the tourist attractions of Gajner. The chief attraction in Gajner is the Gajner Palace. Gajner Palace was built by Maharaja Sir Ganga Singh Ji of Bikaner to be used as a hunting resort for the royal family and guests. Built over an area of 6000 acres, the palace complex houses its own sanctuary housing endangered species. More than 100 species of the migratory birds flock the lake by the palace during the winter months. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.

  6. Day 6 Jaisalmer

    Morning after breakfast proceed for a guided city tour of Jaisalmer visit Jaisalmer-throbbing in the heart of the Thar, in burnished sandstone, is an intricately molded wonderland - a city of gilded magic. As the sun sets, the sky goes up in flames and night descends softly, creating a new monument every evening. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12th to 15th century. Every house has exquisite carvings and filigreed work. Visit the difference ancient havelies, Jaisalmer fort, Evening enjoy Camel ride at the San - dunes. Take a Camel Ride and experience the haunting magic of the tale of Dhola Maru. Return to the hotel in time. Overnight at hotel.

  7. Day 7 Jaisalmer / Jodhpur (295 kms/ 6 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Jodhpur. On arrival check into hotel. Afternoon visits Mehrangarh Fort: The most magnificent fort in Jodhpur is the Mehrangarh Fort. It is situated on a 150m high hill. Rao Jodha, the then chief of Rathore clan, constructed it in 1459. There are a number of attractions within the fort like several palaces, galleries, a museum, temples and so on. Afternoon visit the Jaswant Thada, located half way up the interminably long road that climbs onwards to the fort, is the traditional cremation ground of the rulers of Jodhpur. Taking pride of place amongst the ornamental gardens and chattris is the fabulous white marble memorial to Jaswant Singh II, built in 1899. The cenotaphs of other rulers, in the same neighborhood, are relatively simpler. Overnight at hotel.

  8. Day 8 Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur (275 kms/ 6 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Udaipur. En-route visit temples of Ranakpur- visit the beautiful 15th century sculpted Jain temples of Ranakpur. The intricately carved white marble temple of Adinath, is perhaps the most well-preserved and impressive examples of Western Indian Temple architecture. The temple dedicated to the Sun God is famed for its erotic sculpture. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.

  9. Day 9 Udaipur

    Morning after breakfast tour of Udaipur. Visit Fatehsagar Lake, built by Maharana Fateh Singh in 1754 A.D. Visit the Jagdish Temple, the largest and most venerated temple of Udaipur. Built in 1651 A.D. by Maharana Jagat Singh I, the temple is decorated with friezes. Visit the "Garden of Maidens" Sahelion-Ki-Bari", consisting of an ornamental pool with delicately carved chhatries of black and white marble and soft stone. Also visit the Maharana's city palace, an imposing edifice of granite and marble. Afternoon day free for leisure activities & shopping at city. Overnight at hotel.

  10. Day 10 Udaipur / Pushkar (275 kms/ 6 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Pushkar. On arrival check into hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing tour of Dargah (Indian's Macca) in Ajmer and Lord Brahma Temple at Pushkar. This little town is hugely known for the "Pushkar Fair' (where the mass trading of camels takes place), "the Lord Brahma Temple", a "picturesque lake' and "camel fair".   11. Day 11 Pushkar / Jaipur (150 kms/ 3 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Jaipur. Rajasthan's beautiful Pink City Jaipur, was the stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions. Known as the Pink City because of the colour of the stone used exclusively in the walled city, Jaipur's bazaars sell embroidered leather shoes, blue pottery, tie and dye scarves and other exotic wares. Western Rajasthan itself forms a convenient circuit, in the heart of the Thar desert that has shaped its history, lifestyles and architecture. On arrival check into hotel.     In the evening Indian Horizons will arrange a short visit of Chokhi Dhani Village followed by Rajasthani Dinner. Chokhi Dhani is a concept to join the rajasthani tribs from the world.   12. Day 12 Jaipur

    Morning after early breakfast excursion to Amber for where you will ride a decorated elephant (at own cost) to reach a top of the fort, visit Jagmandir, Chamber of glittering mirrors or the temple of Goddess Kali. Followed by guided city tour of Jaipur visiting the Royal City Palace, The Observatory, drives pass Hawa Mahal (the wind palace), followed by shipping at city in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

  13. Day 13Jaipur / Agra (230 kms/ 5.5 hrs) - Fatehpur Sikri

    After breakfast drive by surface to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned city of Mughals. The buildings within Fatehpur Sikri are a unique blend of different architectural traditions. Though the general layout and concept of the buildings conform to the Islamic style of architecture, the actual buildings (mainly palaces), their ornate columns, arches, carving style, etc., show a strong Hindu style in general and that of Gujarat and Rajasthan in particular.   14. Day 14 Agra

    Morning after breakfast proceeds for sightseeing tour of agra. Agra has found its mention in the famous Hindu epic Mahabharat as the forest of Agraban close to Mathura. Badal Singh founded the city in 1475. Sikandar Lodhi made Agra his capital city. Later, Babur defeated the Lodhis to capture the city situated on the banks of River Yamuna and thus, the long association of Mughals with Agra started. The Mughal love of architecture translated into beautiful monuments such as Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and Sikandra. Visit Agra Fort- The fort is built alongside the Yamuna river and stretches almost 2.5 km. It consists of a wall built in red sandstone and several buildings inside. Afternoon free for shopping at city. Overnight at hotel.

  15. Day 15 Agra / Delhi (203 kms/ 4.5 hrs) / Delhi Depart

    Morning after breakfast drive by surface to Delhi. On time you will be transferred by Indian Horizons representative at Delhi International airport to board flight for onwards journey.
